Returns

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal!

Standard Policy:  Regularly priced items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date of arrival to your home! 
All sale priced items may be exchanged or receive a credit note/gift card for the value of the return.   

Please reach out if you have a special circumstance and this 14 day window is a concern for your purchase.

Please note:  All Jewelry items are a FINAL sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please reach out to us and advise of  your return/exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will provide you with a mailing label for the return or exchange, we can arrange for parcel pickup at your home or drop off to the carrier (at your convenience). 
Customers are responsible for the flat rate of $10 for return shipping charges.  Shipping does cost us more than that -but we will share that cost with our customers.

Exchanges:  For all regularly priced purchases over $100, we provide a one free shipping exchange within 14 days of receipt.  We will ship out the exchange item and ship back the original at no charge.


Please note:  No refunds will be issued if:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.  All refunds are subject to a $10 shipping fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items will receive a credit note/gift card for future use.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All regularly priced orders over $100 are eligible for one free shipping exchange within the 30 day return/exchange window.  We will do our best to exchange refund for the item you wish if available.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at janet@epanouigifts.com and we will provide you with a shipping label for the exchange.
Exchanges outside of the 30 day window will be charged a $10 flat rate return shipping charge.


Gifts
If the item was marked was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, regularly priced items will receive a refund or gift credit for the value of your return. Sale or discounted priced items will receive a credit note.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Shipping
We will provide you with a mailing label for the return, and all returns are subject to a flat rate $10 shipping charge.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.   Therefore refund amounts will be the amount paid for item, plus appropriate taxes.
